Rates

$325.00 per night, four-night minimum.

Weekly rate: $2,000.00

Additional Charges

  • $125.00 cleaning fee per stay.
  • 8% lodging tax.
  • 3% transaction fee for all credit or debit card transactions.
  • We will hold a credit card number as a security deposit. In the case of any damage to the property, your card will be charged up to $1,500.00 to fix, repair or replace damaged items.

Deposit Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation within 7 days of booking. The remaining 50% balance will be due within 60 days of the first check-in day.
  • In case of a cancellation, the deposit is fully refundable less a $100.00 processing fee, if the written cancellation is received prior to 90 days of arrival.
  • For cancellations 60-90 days of check-in date, 50% of the deposit will be retained unless we are able to rebook the rental.
  • Cancellations 60 days or less of check-in date will forfeit 100% of the amount.

We strongly encourage trip insurance if you have any concerns about your lodging while in Montana.

It’s your hub to experience Southwest Montana including the Madison, Jefferson, Gallatin, Yellowstone Rivers, and Yellowstone National Park.

Drive two minutes (or walk) to historic Stacey’s Old Faithful Bar for huge steaks and burgers, or the Post Office Pizza. There’s also a country cafe for breakfast and a store for beer, wine, and essentials. Drive five minutes for lattes and scones. Or explore downtown Bozeman (25-minutes) and Big Sky Resort (40 minutes). Relax on the 30-foot porch, BBQ, or sit by the fire pit as stars appear and elk bugle.

Secluded on 20 private acres with 360˚ mountain views, there’s a bunkroom (with six double beds), extra large bathroom with double sinks, tub, shower, washer, and dryer.

The great room features an 11-foot pitched ceiling, Benjamin Franklin wood-burning stove, decorator furniture, game table, and dining area. There’s a modern kitchen with a gas range, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and is completely stocked with cooking and eating necessities for the gourmand.

Plus A/C, heating, ceiling fans, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.

Hike, fish, shop, bike, golf, sleep, raft, dine, ski, and sip a fine cab. Whatever comes naturally.
