Rates

April 1st through October 31st $2,100.00 per night, 4 nights minimum.

  • + $600.00 one time cleaning fee
  • + 8% Lodging Tax.

November 1st through March 31st $1,900.00 per night, 2 nights minimum.

  • + $600.00 one time cleaning fee
  • + 8% Lodging Tax.

Additional Fees

  • $600.00 one time cleaning fee per stay.
  • 8% lodging tax.
  • 4% transaction fee for all credit or debit card transactions.
  • We will hold a credit card number as a security deposit. In the case of any damage to the property, your card will be charged to fix, repair or replace missing or damaged items.

Deposit Cancellation Policy

Payment and Cancellation Policy (smaller groups less than 8 guests)
Payment is required to secure a new reservation within 7 days of booking (50% deposit is requested on advanced bookings OR full payment if your trip begins within 90 of the time of booking). For advance bookings secured with a deposit, the remaining balance due will be due 60 days before arrival. Please provide a written notice to us if you need to cancel your trip (requesting to move dates is the same as a cancellation). Cancellation fees will be applied as follows: More than 90 days in advance of arrival = 75% of the reservation total; 60-90 days before arrival = 50% of the reservation total; Less than 60 days before arrival = no refunds or credits. Due to the advanced nature of our bookings we must make no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

House Details

This is a great setup for larger groups!
Only 5.5 miles north of Craig, Montana near the Dearborn Fishing Access Site (FAS).
Eight bedrooms and four bathrooms. Four of the rooms have one queen bed, and the other four have two queen beds (for a total of 12 queen beds). All of the rooms have a Jack and Jill arrangement with two bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom. Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs, and are handicap-accessible. There is also an additional half bathroom, plus the great room, kitchen, and screened in porch downstairs. Upstairs are the remaining six bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a sitting area.
Amenities include a gourmet kitchen, large gas grill, screened porch with seating for 12, dining room seating for 16, an electric fireplace in the great room, beautiful artwork throughout the lodge, heated bathroom floors, WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean bed linens. Fully equipped with towels, wash clothes, and hand clothes.

House Rules

  • No pets and no smoking in the house, this includes    e-cigarettes and marijuana.
  • Check-in is anytime starting at 3 pm, and check-out is before 11 am. This may be flexible depending on turnovers.
